Do I need administrator access to my practice management system to connect Workzilla?

Usually, yes. A subscription administrator or authorised user needs to connect the firm’s integration and approve access.

If setup is started by someone who does not have administrator access in the practice management system, Workzilla will prompt them to invite their system administrator.
