This is it, the first version the first three, non-user pilot customers will experience.
This version includes:
Unrealised Cashflow graph and table: a page that shows all matters with uninvoiced amounts of time or disbursements alongside overdue invoices – basically money that’s on the table for collection. This is then split up by solicitor in charge.
Manage users: a new, more user friendly way to invite people and to dictate/restrict their information access.
Information access: this is a new concept for workzilla – separation of menu access rights from data access rights. Now you can set someone to be able to see any page they want, but on those pages only see their own data OR, conversely, the whole organisation level data.
Settings: We have included a settings page under profile which will allow people to turn on or off the automated email that will send to them upon signing up.
Automated email: Matters Digest report – this is a report specifically designed for pilot that shows users the top offenders for their portfolio in terms of stagnation in matters, overdue invoices and matters with uninvoiced time. The email includes links to Actionstep allowing them to act on the matters immediately (only if they’ve signed into actionstep).
