This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "End User" or "You") and Hero Factory ("Licensor" or "We" or "Us") for the software demo, including any associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software Demo"). By installing or using the Software Demo, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software Demo.

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the Software Demo solely for evaluation and trial purposes. This license does not entitle you to any ownership rights in the Software Demo, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Licensor.
2. Restrictions: You may not, and you may not permit others to, directly or indirectly: a. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software Demo; b. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software Demo; c. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from the Software Demo or its documentation; d. Use the Software Demo for any illegal, unauthorised, or unethical purpose; e. Share, distribute, or disclose the Software Demo to any third party without Licensor's prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property: The Software Demo is the intellectual property of Licensor and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Software Demo, including any enhancements or modifications, belong exclusively to Licensor. You acknowledge that you have no right to use any trademarks, service marks, or logos belonging to Licensor without the express written permission of Licensor.
4. Privacy and Data Collection: During the use of the Software Demo, certain information and data may be collected by Licensor. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available at https://herofactory.au/privacy-policy, to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
5. No Warranty: The Software Demo is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software Demo, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software Demo and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the Software Demo and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software Demo.

By installing or using the Software Demo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease the installation or use of the Software Demo.
