The My Performance Page
The headline of this release is the my performance page which has been streamlined and simplified to give a good view of billable vs non-billable hours.
We have chosen billable and non-billable as, no matter what level you reach as a solicitor this data is somewhat valuable. It is exceptionally valuable to managers when having chats with their more junior staff, to have these easily accessible and legible.
You will find the My Performance page in your navigation menu and we invite you all to share the system with your colleagues so that they can start using the page to monitor their personal progression.
Other Enhancements
- We added the matter number back into the tables.
- The My Portfolio page now remembers the majority of your filter selections between loads
- We added a small pop up when you load a page if there are pre-existing filters to remind you that the page results are currently filtered.
Next up:
We are going to be looking at a way to structure functionality by Admin, Manager and Standard user which we will use to allow Managers to see the performance page from the perspective of others in the organisation. This will allow managers to check in on their team’s personal performance for 1:1s and recognition.
