Configure matter referral types

Steps to tell Workzilla which Actionstep matter relationship types indicate a referral, enabling referrer reporting across your firm.

   Navigate to Administration > Company Customisation and select Actionstep Specific

   Open the Matter Referral Types dropdown

   This lists all matter relationship types pulled from your Actionstep practice management software (PMS). If you are unsure which types your firm uses to indicate referrals, check with whoever manages your Actionstep configuration before proceeding.

   Select all matter relationship types that indicate a referral

   You can select multiple types. For example, a firm might select "Referring Individual" and "Referring Organisation" if both are used to record referrers on matters.
