Hi everyone,
Today’s release includes an exciting new view that will really help larger organisations keep track of individual target progression and we’ve tweaked our performance views to include discounsts at the invoice level.
Target Condensed View
In the image above you can see our new condensed view for viewing multiple team members at once.
Included in this view is:
- Condensed yearly view per team member
- Ability to select any period for the entire table and view the actuals with additional context data in a context panel
- The ability to swipe across the list to select multiple periods at once
- The ability to align the Y axis to the highest value to see a different type of visual comparison
There are yet more changes coming to this page shortly, however we believe this is a great iteration that delivers on some of the requests we’ve been fielding from clients with larger than average staff numbers.
Discounts in Performance screens
We have changed the My Performance and Performance > Invoiced screens to include Discounts as a dedicated data point. To make room for this we have removed the confusing Billable Fees component. This page should now be cleaner to read with a better juxtaposition between the data points, presenting a better data story for managers and fee earners alike.
Team member in Dashboard
We have fielded requests to add the Team Member to the company dashboard which has now been released. You can now view the cashflow points (collected, invoiced, billables and new matters) by team member.
