We have continued work on the My Portfolio and Targets pages and today we have released those changes:
My Portfolio
- Re-prioritised the card order to move the Outstanding WIP to top position.
- Stagnation card
- Added “actions required” to each matter as a handy reference so the user knows what they have to do to clear the matter
- Added a button that allows the user to see all the organisation’s stagnation rules
- Added a detailed context panel for when someone clicks on the reason for stagnation
- Added the ability to snooze a file
- This is the first time we are attempting this functionality. If people like it we can consider widening its application
- The user can snooze a file for 1, 3, 7 days and Forever
- Added a button to review all snoozed files and, if required, unsnooze chosen files
Targets
- Added the ability to export the period selected table to .CSV
- Added “leave taken” to the table as context
- Added a “leave taken” icon to the chart with hover over context
- Note: leave taken only works in conjunction with Xero Payroll integration
