Workzilla Release Notes – Team Targets (v1), Targets quality of life enhancements, Multi-rule stagnation reporting (v1.1)

Hi everyone! 

Big release today.  

Team targets 

Many of you will have seen the place holder for this in the manage targets section. It has now been switched on.  

This is version one of the functionality and there are some limitations, bear with us while we work to improve the functionality.  

What is available now is:

• Ability to select a team(s) for target creation 
• Ability to create a fixed team target on any metric based on team timesheets 
• Ability to publish the team target to the following user groups:
  • Must have “Manager” access and either be
    • Team leader of a team with “Team Visibility”
      • Or 
    • Have “Everything” visibility 
  • Team targets are published with anonymous data within them; you can only see how the whole team is progressing on the team target screen.  
• Same publication to the management section under Targets.  

Coming soon to team targets:

• Ladder up a team target from individual targets (v2) 
• Team targets published to all team members with anonymous contributions (v2) 
• Team targets based on matter performance (planned and soon) 
• Team targets based on team salary (v3) 

Quality of Life improvements to Manage Targets 

We have included the following ease of use elements after observing the form in use. These enhancements come directly from observing real clients and from feedback.  

• Ability to clone a target which can then be edited 
• When removing a member from the target rule it removes the target from the member 
• Tabs to separate team targets from individual targets 
• Individuals are now sorted by team and you can select whole teams to create targets for (paving the way for V2 of team targets – ladder up individual targets) 

Multi-rule stagnation (stagnation v1.1) 

We have rolled out version 1.1 of stagnation reporting being the ability to create and maintain multiple rules which themselves create multiple charts.  

Navigate to Administration > Company Customisation > Stagnation and you will be able to see the updated form.  

Once you have created/edited and then saved your changes you can go to the team efficiency section under Management > Team Efficiency to see your new charts.

• Exportable reports from the charts

  • The chart that shows where a matter has fallen foul of any stagnation rule regardless of which rule that is 

Correction from last release notes – Seat Selector for billing

Last time I mentioned that the seat selector was now available. I was in error and it was not yet turned on. It should now be available under Subscription.
