A new look on every page

We’ve replaced the look and feel of Workzilla across the whole product. The fonts are easier to read, the cards are easier to scan, and pages load faster than they did.

• 3The figure tiles, now colour-matched to the series they belong to.

• Every page is on the new design — dashboards, reports and settings.
• Consistent visuals and naming from one page to the next. Where some pages said “download” and others said “export”, everything now says Export.
• Faster loading.

Company Customisation, reorganised

Everything your firm configures now sits in one screen, grouped by what it does, rather than spread between the main menu and a settings page.

• Manage Teams and Manage Roles have moved here. They are no longer in the main menu — you will find them under Teams & Roles.
• Settings are grouped: Dashboards (Targets, Stagnation rules, Specialisations), General (Naming, Visibility & access), Teams & Roles, and Security (Sign-in security).
• On Roles and Specialisations, the button to create a new one is now at the top of the page rather than the bottom, and you name it in a pop-up.

Stagnation, rebuilt around the files

The Stagnation page has been rebuilt around the matters themselves. The list of stagnant files is now the page — you land on the files, with the summary and breakdowns alongside as context rather than in front of it.

• The full list of stagnant files is the first thing on the page, sorted longest-inactive first.
• Each row shows the matter, who is responsible, how long it has been inactive, when it was opened, and which rule it breaks.
• The summary is context, not the destination: total stagnant files, longest recorded inactivity, a breakdown of who holds the file, and which rules are being broken.
• Narrow the view with Group by, Matters opened within, and Matter type.
• Snoozed files sit on their own tab and are left out of the count, so the main list stays to what needs attention.
• Export the list from the page.
• Your firm’s rules are stated on the page, so you can see what is being measured without leaving it.

My Targets has its own place in the menu

Your targets are no longer tucked inside My Performance. My Targets now sits in the menu in its own right, so you can go straight to it — and it is findable if nobody ever showed you where it lived.

• My Targets is now its own menu item, with Individual Targets and Team Targets as tabs.
• Setting targets up is unchanged — administrators still do that in Administration > Manage Targets.
