Leave Calendar
Today we have released a leave calendar into the system that uses imported Xero leave to display team leave to managers. We believe that having this, easily accessible in the system alongside other data such as targets and performance, will help to contextualise information and bring perspective to team member numbers.

Editing Target – forecasting now reflects selection
The forecasting table below the target editing form now responds to the selection you have made for the length of the target. Where before it would only show months it will now show quarters and years depending on your selection.
Note: if there is a pre-existing, overlapping rule for one of the selected team members with a different cadence that cadence will be displayed up and until the start of the new target.
Team targets – viewable by individual team members
We have added a new Company Customisation which allows the administrator to allow standard users with “Their Own” data visibility to view anonymised Team Targets within their standard performance dashboard.
This setting is defaulted to “On”.
Upon shipping – if the team that an individual is a part of has a team target then that individual will now be able to see the team target.
Note: A team member will never be able to see the individual contribution of other team members toward a team performance goal through their standard menu access.
